I don’t normally write long reviews, but this experience with the hotel and its owners deserves one. I’d arranged my holiday from Istanbul two weeks ahead and booked in Akçaabat for December 26th to 29th. When I arrived, the owners told me, without any concern, that the hotel had been under renovation for a long time and couldn’t host me. I was left out in the cold in winter, with no help offered and no nearby place suggested. The owner kept eating while I explained I’d come from Istanbul, then hung up on me. They never called back to check whether I’d found somewhere to stay. You hurt me that day, and I pray that what you did comes back to you tenfold. May God not let you get away with it. If I’m owed even a penny, may it be haram.

The rooms were very clean, which matters most to me, and had a mini stove, teapot, and kettle. My sister and I spent three nights here on vacation in Trabzon, and everyone was attentive, including the receptionist. It’s good value for the money. I’d definitely stay again if I pass through. 🙏🏻

We had a comfortable stay here for 40 days as a family, and it felt like being at home with our 2-year-old son. The staff were always smiling and quick to respond to anything we needed. Our room was clean, modern, and practical. It was also a big plus that everything was within easy reach, especially the hospital. A real family place, I recommend it 👍
