The hotel is well located, with lots of attractions nearby, and it had a peaceful atmosphere. I was especially pleased with the generous breakfast and its wide choice of fresh food. My room was comfortable, clean, and furnished in a modern style. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional the whole time. I had a very pleasant stay, would happily return on my next visit, and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for the excellent service!

The open buffet breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety. I stayed for two days after finding the hotel highly rated on Google Maps before my trip to Trabzon. I think it opened around March, and the place is beautiful, from the rooms to the breakfast room and cafe. The staff were attentive and friendly. On my second evening back, Funda, the cafe manager, asked if I was open. She was very sincere, and after years of staying in hotels, it was the first time I'd experienced that. The day and night reception staff were just as warm and welcoming. As a traveler, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon.

The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, just right for relaxing, and families can stay here. Our spacious room had a thoughtful design, a lovely atmosphere, and stunning views. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and paid close attention to us.
