This place seems to be run by people who take in guests only because they have nowhere else to stay, with no concern for customer satisfaction. If this is how you run it, you deserve the money you get from people. The whole apartment was filthy when we arrived. The shower handles, dust on the kitchen counters, dirty cupboards and grime on the walls were all awful. When we asked for cleaning, they told us to do it ourselves. It’s hard to describe how bad it was, and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. Maybe they act this way because they think they can get away with it. I hope they never treat people like this again. What else can I say?

I’d read the reviews and arrived unsure, but the hotel had new management and we were welcomed kindly. Our room was clean, and the view from the front rooms was fantastic. We also ate at the pide place that had opened next door, and the meal was wonderful. Chef Ali deserves credit for all his hard work!

We were worried by the hotel reviews from last year, but had no problems during our stay this year. It’s an old hotel, though it was clean. The rooms are very spacious, and sharing one between 5-6 people made it an economical option. The views from the rooms and around the hotel are beautiful, and it’s close to Turgutreis city center. Thanks to the owners.

I was unsure about staying after reading the earlier reviews, but the guesthouse was very clean and we were pleased with it. I suppose it has been renovated. The owners were helpful, and the location is great, about a five-minute walk from Turgut Reis center.
