Mitspark Hotel

The location made it easy to explore the city, while the hotel itself had a peaceful feel. My friend and I had a smooth, pleasant stay from check-in through check-out at Mitspark Hotel Istanbul. Our room was clean, nicely arranged, and had everything we needed. The warm, professional staff were always ready to help and made a real difference. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day out. Mitspark Hotel Istanbul has a calm atmosphere and thoughtfully arranged spaces that make settling in easy. The team were welcoming from the first hello, respectful, and caring without hovering. A comfortable, smooth stay, and one I'd gladly suggest to friends visiting Istanbul.

Three days into our five-night stay, we're loving it. The staff have been amazing and can't do enough for us. The manager gave us useful advice on where to eat and which places to avoid for hygiene, since food hygiene ratings aren't displayed like they are in the UK. There are thoughtful touches everywhere: umbrellas ready to borrow, a drink on arrival, help bringing our suitcases to the room, and fresh room cleaning each morning. We even came back to origami towels and petals on the bed. The room is stunning, with gold taps and a big waterfall shower. Body wash, shampoo, and fresh towels are provided every morning. The bed is so comfortable, and the pillows are thick and fluffy. The windows open wide, all the way for a balcony-style feel. There's a TV, and tea and coffee are topped up each morning. You can request an iron too. Even the kettle looks brand new, with no limescale, which I've often found in hotel kettles. The room sparkles not just when you arrive, but every time you get back. Hagia Sophia and the market stalls are a five-minute walk away. Galata Tower is about a 45-minute walk, and lots of shops near the hotel stay open late. Big thanks to the team for making our stay amazing. I can't recommend the hotel enough to anyone looking for a place in Istanbul.

Mahout, Mert, and Ahmet made the stay memorable with incredible hospitality, going out of their way to take care of my needs and requests. Mitspark hotel is right in the old city, within walking distance of the sights and attractions. I had a fantastic three-night stay, just what I needed. I recommend this hotel.
