The team made a special event unforgettable. They were caring and accommodating, and went out of their way to be kind. Within an hour they had found us a cake, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The service was impeccable. This place is a real hidden gem, and we’re so grateful for the memorable experience.

We had such a good stay in May that we’ve just booked two apartments for a fortnight next year, this time with family. The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need, the food is lovely and reasonably priced, and the staff are fantastic. Jo is amazing, English, and could not do more to help. This little slice of paradise is a bit tucked away. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. See you in May!

The apartment was a good size and had the facilities I expected for the price. It was hard managing without laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid or kitchen towels, which would have been nice to have. The pool seemed to have a lot of chemicals in it. The woman at reception didn't seem very friendly, though the bar and restaurant staff were lovely.

We stopped by for breakfast and found the food and hot drinks tasty. The location is quiet and away from the busy streets, a good place to relax and switch off. Staff had a subtle, personal way of asking how they could help, and both they and the holidaymakers we met made us feel welcome. The pool area was lovely, clean and fresh, and the shared facilities were clearly signposted and easy on the eye. In September 2024, Eileen and I were looking around Turun for places to eat, drink and stay. Our first visit to Dores Residencee was much better than expected. First impressions were very good, and we found the experience interesting. Thank you to everyone there. We’ll certainly be back.

A nice hotel for a peaceful family holiday. The staff are friendly, and they sort out any issues quickly.
