Bloom Cappadocia Hotel

We liked the atmosphere, especially around the pool, and the room was clean. The TV in the room didn’t work, though, and the WiFi connection dropped from time to time. Still, at this price I’d recommend it.

I felt safe here as a solo traveller, and the staff were friendly and quick to help whenever something came up. The WiFi was reliable, and there are local restaurants in Uchisar, attractions nearby, and buses to Goreme for 40 lire each way. The hotel grounds are lovely, with lots of seating and a small pool for summer, though my balcony looked out over building work. The stone construction is beautiful and full of detail. I arrived in mid-April during the quiet season, in cold weather with a little snow, and found my room warm and cosy. It had a big double bed, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a safe, and a small fridge tucked in the wardrobe with drinks and beers for a small charge. Complimentary toiletries were provided. The bathroom had a large shower, but the hot water could get very hot, making it hard to adjust with the cold tap. The shower head also needs attention, since water came out from its top and I didn’t get the rain shower experience. Breakfast had a decent spread, mostly cold with a small hot selection, and you can ask for an omelette. It was fine for a few nights. There are two friendly cats, so watch they don’t follow you into your room. I’d definitely return to Bloom Cappadocia. Great customer service.

We were very comfortable here for three nights, and the hotel exceeded what we expected. Everything was remarkably clean, the pool was well lit and clear, and the atmosphere was pleasant in a peaceful, convenient location. Breakfast was delicious, with English, Mediterranean, and traditional Turkish dishes. The rooms felt luxurious and homely. The staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to assist. Mr. Habib, the manager, let us check out late for our 18:00 flight, and the front desk was available around the clock. Taha and Eran helped us choose reasonably priced tours, and when we needed a phone charger adapter, they provided one and lent us a charger too. Airport transfers were also available at a very reasonable cost. We’ll stay here again when we visit Nevshire. Thanks to the manager and all the staff.

I’m very pleased with the service. Everyone was kind and always willing to help, and I really appreciated how they looked after tourists. The person I called Haji, whose name I never learned, was especially friendly and always smiling. Haji, our room was 204, and although I never asked your name because it didn’t seem important, you were the best. Thanks so much, and I wish you and the whole team success.
