Ikarus Cappadocia Hotel

There are only five rooms, and breakfast is prepared right in front of you by one of the staff. That simplicity made the hotel feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with Turkish touches in the decorations that made it feel like a little museum. The staff welcomed us and served us well. It’s a few meters from the Cappadocia center, and the surrounding nature made for peaceful, happy days and nights. The views, location, service, parking, breakfast, and everything else were breathtaking. Prices felt very reasonable compared with the other hotels around.

Hilal arranged all my tours and was so lovely. She seems to know everyone in the area, haha, so I felt I was in good hands. The rooftop view was surreal and a great place to watch the balloons at sunrise. Uçhisar Castle is just around the corner, with a stunning view and lovely sunsets. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each morning. It starts at 8am, which worked perfectly for my early morning tours. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back if I find myself in Kapadokya again.

Hilal was really accommodating with our requests and helped arrange our transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is right in Uchisar, just steps from the market, taxi stands, eateries, and more. Goreme town is a 10-minute drive away. Amazing stay!

The breakfast was scrumptious, the location was perfect, and the rooms were exceptionally well maintained. Hilal, the owner, was incredibly cooperative and put tireless effort into keeping her hotel second to none. Hats off to her, and keep up the good work.
