The Rupestral House Hotel

The manager, Ali, helped us with airport transfers and advice. Thank you, Ali! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. From the two terraces, we could see the sunrise right in front of the hotel and Uçhisar Castle behind it. Watching hot air balloons rise in front of us, with some passing over the hotel, was really special. Add the beautiful rooms and magnificent views, and it made for a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

We had a welcoming stay at this cave hotel in Uchishar and got a very good rest. The room was generally clean and spacious, and the bathroom was huge. It’s right next to Uchishar castle, with a short walk to the caves and fairy chimneys opposite the castle. We spent hours exploring the surroundings for free. Breakfast was amazing, though it starts after the hot air balloon flights are over. You can still sit on the terrace and enjoy the views. The hotel also arranged a last-minute morning horse riding tour for us to see the balloons, which was an amazing experience. Highly recommended. Google didn’t give great directions to the car park, but we eventually found it.

Waking up to the balloons from the balcony at 6 a.m. was a highlight, and the city view up there is stunning. The hotel sits right beside Uchisar Castle, at the very top of Uchisar, and breakfast was excellent. The cave rooms are well worth trying. Everything was clean, charming, and well cared for, and the manager and staff were always smiling, kind, and ready to help with questions about what to do nearby. We highly recommend staying here.

The rooms feel magical and spacious, and the view is unforgettable. What really made this family stay stand out was the remarkable service from everyone, especially Ebu. They put us in a good mood from the start. The location is fantastic, and this would be my choice again next time in Capadoccia.
