I paid for a reservation through the Otelz app on May 17, 2025, at 1:50 PM, for that same date. An email and text confirmed it. Three hours later, we were ready and had set off in our cars to check in when, at 2:30 PM, someone from Otelz called to say they had overbooked and canceled our booking. We were left stuck in the car with no idea what to do. Simply disgraceful.
