Bof Hotels Uludag Ski & Luxury Resort

The all-inclusive booking came with delicious food and good variety. We had a great stay, and the guest relations team, especially Ms.Buse and the others, kept doing their best to help. Mr.Murat and the entertainment team were helpful too and added a lot to our experience. I took off one star because the hotel’s reservation call centre confirmed there would be ski activities when we arrived on 18 December. Once we got there, we were told there weren’t any yet because there wasn’t enough snow. They should make it clearer that skiing in December isn’t guaranteed.

The staff made this stay memorable. From day one, they were warm, respectful, and genuinely ready to help, which made me feel at home. The hotel itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’d recommend staying here and would gladly come back.

At the paid restaurant, I saw a staff member eat almonds he was carrying to another table. For New Year’s, there was no entertainment at all, and after 10:30 PM the lounges were dark and the hotel was basically shut down. There’s very little choice of drinks, even non-alcoholic ones, so it doesn’t feel all-inclusive. If you want a winter drink by the fireplace, this place isn’t for you. Our room wasn’t satisfying either. The minibar had only three sodas, free just on the first night, then chargeable. The heating was off in winter. I told reception, but they didn’t come for two hours, and only after I called again. There’s nothing to do apart from skiing, so with no snow there’s no entertainment. The hotel’s Instagram page and ChatGPT are extremely misleading, and I wouldn’t trust them. Google results are misleading too, since positive reviews make it look like one of the best hotels, which it absolutely isn’t. I’ll never stay here again.

Murat and the entertainment team kept things family-friendly with fun kids’ events and engaging activities. Shafak, our host, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made everything smoother and more pleasant. We really enjoyed staying at Bof Hotel. It has comfortable rooms, great skiing facilities, and genuine hospitality. We’d happily return for another winter getaway in Uludağ. Highly recommended. ❄️⛷️
