This left a sour mark on an otherwise lovely honeymoon trip, and I went out of my way to find the coffee shop to write about it. From the outside it looks like a cafe, though I don't have an exterior photo, so I've included one from inside. If you're only there for coffee, I'd leave. My wife and I asked for two lattes, but they said they didn't have those and offered Nescafé packets instead. I agreed. When I asked for the bill after finishing, they charged 300 TL, about $10. Migros sells those packets for 5TL, around $0.15, and they give them free in hotel rooms, so that felt like a scam. I asked to see the price on the menu, but they ignored that and just repeated 300 TL. I looked like a foreign tourist and felt like an easy target.

It felt like home here. The owner was very helpful, breakfast was nice, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We really liked the clean rooms. Breakfast could be a little better, but it's a nice place and close to the center of urgup.

The Turkish breakfast on the rooftop was delicious every morning, and I loved the homemade French fries. They tasted just like my mom's. The room was clean and stayed cool without AC. We also had a large rooftop balcony with a stunning view and two smaller balconies to relax on. Tale Cave Inn feels warm and welcoming, like a family-run place where you can settle in. The staff were caring and helpful, and the owner was wonderful, welcoming, and fun. We shared lots of laughs. He went out of his way to help us find attractions at fair prices and gave us useful tips on what to avoid. I highly recommend staying here for a holiday, and we'll definitely come back. Aldo & Sarah

The owner made an early check-in possible and helped us choose and book tours. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the property was amazing. Its spot between Urgup's old and new town means it's about a five-minute walk either way. I'd definitely recommend it, A +++.
