A standard Turkish breakfast is included, and the staff are nice. The rooms were clean and pleasant for a good price. The location is handy too, close to Urgup's restaurants and shops.

We were allowed to pick some of the delicious fruit from the garden trees, which was a lovely touch. The place was very quiet and clean, and the staff were kind, pleasant, and helpful.

A quiet place to stay in a great location.

The wedding itself was beautiful, as Turkish weddings often are, and the hotel has a lovely garden. The building is well presented, though the food was average. It's a shame, because the structure and location deserve better. The cave-style rooms felt artificial and characterless, and I wouldn't recommend them. The furniture was old and unattractive, and the rooms had plenty of maintenance issues: only half the hot tub nozzles worked, the CRT TV wouldn't turn on, and there were other problems too. Housekeeping was poor. I found mold and dust, plus a drink that had been sitting in the fridge for a year. The owner's conduct made things worse. He tried to sell guests tea that the bride's family had brought, visibly drank too much during the celebrations, and did what he could to get the police there at 1 a.m. to end the party quickly. Afterward, he changed the Wi-Fi password, so we couldn't connect. I was staying at the property for a wedding. It's a real shame the customer satisfaction is so low.
