The toilet was disgustingly dirty, and in the ten minutes I spent here, this became the worst hotel I've ever been to. The receptionist was extremely rude. He spoke only to my boyfriend and barely looked at me when I finally got his attention to ask something. It felt like it was because I'm a woman. They forced us to take two separate rooms, even though my boyfriend and I live together, just to make more money. There is no such rule in Turkey, and legally they can't require this. I can't believe places like this still exist.

The sunset view was phenomenal, and I still miss it. The best spot to take it in was the yard out front by the parking lot. The hotel is up on a hill, a bit far from the town of Ürgüp, but walkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast and dinner were good. It's a solid place for tourists, and the concierge can help arrange the famous Cappadocia hot air balloon tours, with pickup at the hotel. I wouldn't go alone, obviously.

Many thanks to the hotel Director for looking after our large EU project group, and to all the staff who helped us however they could. The accommodation and service were excellent, with very good breakfasts and excellent dinners.

The hotel belongs to Nevsehir university, and the employees are helpful and high quality. The view is beautiful, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Really recommended.

The hotel is old and far from the city. Meals were very limited, with almost no hot food, and both breakfast and dinner were horrible. They didn't clean the room. I don't recommend it.
