The staff were good, breakfast was tasty, and the women preparing it were friendly and smiling. The room, though, was not pleasant to stay in and felt only about 30% finished. It was a cave room, which is a cool idea, but the air was always humid and smelled strongly of sewage. The shower water didn't drain fully, possibly because the drain was clogged. It was very dark, with only three of the six or seven lights in the large fixture working. Dust and dirt fell from the ceiling onto the bed, and at night pieces of stone and sand could land on your face. The jacuzzi's underside was completely exposed, with pipes, wires and a pump visible. It looked bad and made bathing feel unsafe. A screen separated the toilet from the bathroom, and looked untidy and was bothersome. The pool's main wall light didn't work. The door wouldn't shut properly unless locked with a key. The floors were dusty and there were exposed wires.

Breakfast was delicious every morning, an easy 10/10. The rooms are spacious and each has a pool. From the terrace, the views are gorgeous, especially at night, and you can see the hot air balloons. Shops and cafes are only a short walk away, so it's very central. The host was welcoming and friendly, and staying here made a wonderful base for exploring Capadoccia and Ürgüp.

We paid 17,500 TL for two nights, but left at midnight the second night after staying only one. The service and attention were zero, and this was the worst vacation I've ever had. Don't be fooled by the photos. The room was freezing, and there was only a bed to sit or relax on, not even a chair. We were promised complimentary fruit, but it was old. The pool and jacuzzi room's pool was advertised as warm, but it was ice cold and smelled awful, with hair in it, so we couldn't use it. When we first asked about the temperature, the woman checking us in said it wasn't warm. Breakfast was only two or three types of food, with nothing hot, just picnic honey, butter and chocolate. They said there'd be room cleaning, but no one came near the room. The mirrors were dirty and the sheets stained. We slept with our clothes on the pillows, unbelievable. Check-out was supposed to be at 12, but they said 11, and we couldn't even wait until then. There were supposed to be complimentary hot drinks, but all there was was tea bags in the kettle. Dreams versus reality, the list goes on. I hope people considering this hotel, especially through Everytime, see this and quickly look for another place. Everytime is a terrible travel agency and never stands behind its guests, though that's not the company's problem here. EVERYTIMECAPPADOCIA was a disappointment.

The room was so damp that I think anyone staying more than two nights would get lung problems. There was no phone reception, it was cold, and the TV faced the door. We booked through a tourism company and were promised complimentary fruit platters and similar things. The fruit was so bad that even a dog wouldn't eat it, and I'll upload a picture. The pool water was warm, but the light showed dirt and hair, so we went in once and never again. The jacuzzi was just as unhygienic, though we managed to clean it ourselves. Nobody came to clean the room. Please take this seriously if you're reading before booking, so you don't regret it.
