Spotlessly clean rooms and a warm, cozy atmosphere, along with homemade jams, sourdough bread, and surprise flavors from secret recipes. We also loved the handmade wines. Thank you, Sevda and Orkan, for creating such a lovely experience for us.

Our host and owner was gracious and accommodating, and excellent in every way. Every detail in the room felt carefully thought through. I highly recommend staying here when you're in Urla/Izmir!

Sevda and her family made us feel more like family than guests. They were supportive in every way, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. The breakfasts and homemade bread were fantastic, and we also loved their homemade wine and the places they recommended. The building has three rooms in all, one downstairs and two upstairs. We learned the upstairs rooms have fireplaces, so we'll definitely be back in winter. The place only opened this year and has been put together with care, using the best ingredients and attention to every detail. Everything was spotless. I hesitated a bit before writing such a positive review because I hope we can still find a room next summer. It's a beautiful place and is sure to be in high demand.

Sanat Street is only a 4-minute walk away, and the hotel is very central. We stayed for three wonderful days and were very happy with the clean, tidy rooms and their lovely appointments, as good as a 5-star hotel. The thing I really enjoyed, and envied a little, was sweet Merve's kitchen and her delicious treats. We loved the wine they make themselves too. Sevda and Orkan are so friendly and helpful. Their conversations and sharing made it feel like visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. My wife and I will always choose this hotel when we're staying in Izmir, and I'd definitely recommend it.
