The food was top notch, and the staff at 1923 Çapa Butik Otel were A+++ throughout my stay, 15-21 July 2025. A special shout out to Hülya, who seemed to be there the whole time. She served breakfast and late night dinner, and in between she cleaned rooms and pressed sheets and towels. Truly a first class employee. The room was simple, with a comfy bed, small fridge, bathroom, and fantastic marina view. The A/C put out great cold air. The rooms are on the top floor of the restaurant, and Ayfer and Şener Uyma, the hotel and restaurant owners, greeted me kindly whenever they saw me walking through the restaurant. We spent one night here with friends and had a really nice stay. I don't know why there are bad reviews. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, and breakfast with the harbor view was delicious and stunning. I'd recommend choosing a sea-view room.

The location is good, and the breakfast is enough. Our room, number 2, was quite small, though the other rooms aren't. Comfort isn't something to expect much of, but for a 1-2 night stay the price and quality match.

Stay away from this place. The bill for two people was 15,000 TL, which is a serious amount and completely exorbitant: 100cl raki, 3 fish, and 5 mezes. When we asked a server to check on us, they said, "I'm setting the table, wait a minute!!!" We said we'd go upstairs to our room and asked them not to clear the table. When we came back, everything was gone, so we had to order again. The same thing happened when we went to the restroom. I don't know if they were doing it on purpose or what. The owner is clearly cunning. I didn't know there were places like this in Urla.
