From outside, the decorations make the hotel look nice, but I was disappointed once I stayed there. My room was small, didn’t match the pictures, and wasn’t very clean. The walls were dirty, which made a poor first impression. The window opened straight onto the street, so you could literally step out through it, and that didn’t feel safe. There was no one at reception in the morning until around 10 AM, which I found unacceptable. Breakfast was very basic, just one egg per person and a few simple things. For what I paid, the service, cleanliness, and whole experience weren’t worth the price. I wouldn’t choose it again if I returned to the area, especially at that price.

We had a comfortable, quiet room with our own balcony. Elia also stands out for its location and its friendly, service-minded hosts.

Everything was truly spotless, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We only stayed one night, but they made us feel so welcome. It was short and very satisfying. Thanks for everything.

Having a private parking lot is a big deal around Urla, and this hotel has one. It’s also a 4-5-minute walk from everything, right between the pier and the beach. The place is clean and comfortable, and the family who runs it are attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful week there with our 3.5-year-old son.

We were in the Pythagorean room. The location was good, but the bed wasn’t comfortable, and I wouldn’t choose this place again because of that and the breakfast. We paid 1000 TL extra for breakfast, which was disappointing and very limited, just cheese, olives, tomatoes, and a few other things. I expected fried potatoes, fried dough, more kinds of jam, and local food. There wasn’t even a bagel. I managed to make an omelet for my daughter, who won’t eat boiled eggs, but that was all she ate. I didn’t notice a particularly hospitable attitude, though nothing went wrong.
