We booked and paid for a 1+1 apartment for three people, but were given a tiny room in the basement instead. Nobody at the hotel apologized or offered an extra bed until we asked repeatedly. When we requested a discount, they offered 400 TL (haha); after we turned that down, they told us to spend the night on the street. Later, after I posted on Google, they accused me of lying and behaving badly. This was a very strange way to handle the booking. I recommend avoiding this hotel.

The kind family running the place were helpful and accommodating. It's also super clean and well placed, with Sanat Sokak just an easy walk away. Highly recommended!

I'd give this business zero stars if I could. The owner acts like he doesn't realize he's running a business, and I found him rude and deceitful. He has harassed customers as well as local businesses. I'd advise people not to spend their money here.

Çağlar Bey was attentive, friendly, and provided admirable service, though one thing doesn't always work. I spent four days here and enjoyed every moment. Hasev Boutique Hotel has a parking lot, which saves you from hunting for a spot on Urla's narrow streets. It's right by Sanat Street, about 3 km from Çeşmealtina, 9 km from Özbek Village, and 17 km from Seferihisar, so it's handy for exploring. The room has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and terrace, with plenty of space to relax. Breakfast is fantastic, and the whole place feels warm and homelike. It has the comfort, service, location, parking, and friendly welcome I look for in a hotel. I recommend it to everyone.
