We stay here regularly as two friends, and I've never written a bad hotel review before. This time it was truly bad. My bed was broken, so I slept terribly. I'm not usually fussy about cleanliness, but my pillowcase was stained, with what looked like mascara from previous guests left on it. There were male hairs on the sheets, which disgusted me. I had to put my clean T-shirt over the pillowcase. The room smelled awful, somewhere between damp and sewage. At 9pm we needed bandages, but nobody was working at the hotel. There was no reception or security, and it felt very unsettling. The next day we asked for the toothpaste they'd left in the room and saw the cleaning lady had it. They could simply have said it was provided once, instead of lying. There's no breakfast, no pool, no jacuzzi. What does this hotel even have? If you want a broken bed, dirty sheets and covers, poor sleep, an unsafe night, a stained shower stall, and a yellowed toilet, you're welcome. We barely made it through one night.

It's a very peaceful place, close to the sea, and we found real calm here. The rooms were perfectly clean, and I loved the lovely decorations inside and out as well as the things provided for us. The owner and staff were so sweet. I'd love to come back.

Our group of seven friends all left very happy with the stay. The beach is only a few steps away, and the location and surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Free parking on nearby streets was a real plus. The rooms were spotless and well kept, with even little details like toothbrushes taken care of. I travel often and stay in many hotels, and I think they deserve more than five stars. We were welcomed and seen off with smiles, and we'd love to visit again. Thank you!

I came to KAI boutique hotel with my sister and daughter, and we loved our holiday. It really deserves 5 stars, and I want to thank the owner, Mr. İhsan, for being so attentive and sincerely helpful. Ms. Türkan and Ms. Ezgi were warm and welcoming, and even shared tea they'd brewed themselves. A lovely garden, the scent of flowers, and a peaceful view surrounded by nature greet you as you enter. In the evening, I enjoyed sipping coffee in the calm. The rooms were spotless, with brand-new, very soft beds and pillows and special fabric sheets. I slept so comfortably thanks to the hygiene. The personal care products were high quality, the air conditioning cooled the room well, and the bathroom was new, modern, and clean. The sea is very close, and you can access the beach from the sandy area. I recommend it if you want evening beach walks and sea air. It's a great-value boutique hotel for couples and families. We plan to return for a longer stay. Thank you.
