Kuca Urla

The room cleaning could use more care. Our shower gel was missing when we arrived and never got replaced, and on one day we didn't get fresh towels. We brought our own shower gel, so it wasn't a big issue, and I expect they would have sorted it out right away if we'd asked. Still, room preparation could have been more attentive. We had a very comfortable, peaceful stay and left happy after three pleasant days. Urla center was within walking distance, parking was easy, and breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. As far as we could tell, all the rooms had balconies, and we really enjoyed spending time on ours.

My wife and I spent four nights here and were happy with everything, from the location and cleanliness to the breakfast and attentive service. The cleaning lady was especially friendly, and we loved the homemade pastries at breakfast. If we're in Urla again, we'll definitely stay here :)

Kuća Hotel felt like our second home, and it'll be our first choice if we return to Urla. We stayed two nights before the holiday, and everything was spotless, from the rooms to the facility itself. Ms. Naz and Mr. Kadir were warm and attentive, and being able to walk to everything from this central spot was a big plus.

The rooms had water, soda, and tea bags, though I think coffee would be a nice addition. Our main complaint was a cat feces smell coming from the garden. Still, the hotel had a quiet atmosphere and a green feel that suited Urla. We stayed for a day and found the staff polite and kind. We'd spotted the hotel online while sitting on the art street, and the receptionist's friendly manner helped us decide. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and practical, with a particularly well-designed bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the linens clean. Breakfast was sufficient, with very good coffee and Bosnian burek, and felt clean and high quality. Navigation got us there, but the signs were hard to spot and the road looked a bit like a construction site, so we wondered if we'd found the right place. I'd recommend it.
