I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Karaca Hotel Van. The lobby was comfortable and relaxing, and the team were welcoming and attentive, especially with Turkish black tea. The restaurant food was delicious, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. Prices were reasonable compared with nearby hotels. The staff were professional, friendly, and supportive, and I even made friends with some of them: Orahn, Ergin Vedak, Shiva, Musa, and others.

Malek at the front desk was so kind and gave us great recommendations. The staff were all friendly, and our room was huge. I’ve never had a room that big for four people at this price. It was clean, and breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, with a lovely view. The location was good too, within walking distance of good restaurants and the mall. Much better than I expected, an AMAZIIING EXPERIENCE!

The restaurant had tasty food and a great view, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, the facilities were complete, and my stay at Karaca Hotel in Van was honestly great. It’s totally worth it, and I definitely recommend it.

We spent 10 days at this hotel, and the staff and service were perfect. I had my cat with me, and we had a great stay together. There’s a pet shop near the hotel too. The hygiene and breakfast were very good, and I highly recommend the place, especially if you have a pet.

The central spot made it easy for our family to get out and see Van, and Karaca Hotel gave us a lovely place to come back to. We were there for eight nights with five rooms while relatives from the USA, Germany, and Iran met up. Everything felt clean, modern, and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and delicious, always served with a smile. Everyone we met, from the restaurant chef to the cleaning team, was warm and helpful. We’re grateful for the welcome. Teşekkürler!
