The staff were professional, kind, friendly, and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay. It's a small hotel in a good spot near the city center. Parking is limited, and there isn't air conditioning. I understand Van can be cold, but I still think management should install AC units.

The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the very fresh cheese at breakfast. Our only concern was the toiletries: they supplied shower gel but no shampoo. The room itself was large, comfortable, and clean.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and the location is good. Since it's a new hotel, the very friendly staff seem to be trying their hardest to help in any way they can. Worth the money you pay.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The bathroom and toilet were very dirty, and the blankets weren't acceptable. There was no air conditioning in the room in summer, and the breakfast was so poorly put together that it was hard to find anything to eat. They didn't even provide shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush.

It's a comfortable, very clean, and affordable place to stay, with big rooms and a friendly staff. We had a great experience and will definitely come back. It feels like an amazing family oriented hotel. Thank you all, especially Mr. Tuncer and Saceddin!
