The waiters were super friendly and ready to serve around the clock, especially Mouhamad. I recently stayed at ELEMENTA hotel in Bodrum and had one of my best experiences. From arrival, everyone on staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. A special mention for the guest relation agent CELYNE KESISI, who was very professional and went out of her way to meet my needs. Her warm manner and attention to detail really made a difference.

The outdoor spaces and pool are lovely places to relax and take in the view. Inside, though, the room was very small, especially the bathroom, which was about the size of a portable loo. Loud music from the restaurant woke me at 8am every morning, and slow front desk service made even simple requests frustrating. Breakfast was okay, but limited and not generous. You could pick just one thing, either a type of eggs or pancakes or cereal, not both.

The pool area was peaceful, lovely, and sunny all day, and the terrace attached to each room was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable, though I personally didn't like the pillows. The TV didn't work, but that was fine for us. The food was nice, with a traditional Turkish breakfast brought to the table in the morning. The cocktails were delicious, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. It was a great stay, close to Yalikavak and just under half an hour from Bodrum town.

Ceylin was the best. She took care of reservations, pampered me with thoughtful gestures every day, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. If you run into trouble with reservations, better call Ceylin! I stayed a week and felt truly welcome in a warm, elegant atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service and care for the small details. Guest comfort and satisfaction clearly matter most. It was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
