The spa and breakfast were two highlights, and the food and drinks by the beach and pool tasted great. Ruins Luxury is adults-only and in a prime spot, with fantastic beach access and immaculate, brand-new rooms. The whole team was attentive, always smiling, and genuinely ready to help. Manager Mehmet and his team gave outstanding support and hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend it.

The food was amazing and healthy, though the breakfast and beach club menus didn't offer many options. The hotel itself is nice, with art pieces throughout, and the staff were generally friendly. But the prices were very high, with an extra 20 to 30% added to each service bill. When we asked the concierge to book other beach clubs or restaurants, they didn't cooperate. It felt like they wanted us to spend the whole day at the hotel, but offered no help with going elsewhere. The worst part was losing my headphone. The hotel couldn't find it, and the staff's attitude was strange. They seemed to blame me for leaving it on the breakfast table, then apologized but said they didn't know where it was and couldn't find it. I didn't feel they could keep guests' belongings safe. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, since there are better nearby options with better service and prices.

Everything at ruins went perfectly, from arrival through departure. It's close to the amazing marina, and the hotel itself is great. The rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are friendly, and both the interior and exterior look very good.

The hotel looks amazing, with a nice rooftop bar and beach club, and it's within easy reach of most places. Staff were all lovely and helpful. They handled requests through WhatsApp, which I found much easier than calling or going to reception, whether I needed extra towels, room service, or a cab booked. An amazing trip, and I'd highly recommend it.
