At checkout, we were charged around 145 euros for laundry, far more than we expected. We'd asked for an estimate before handing over a few clothes, but got a form that was hard to understand. We kept asking what to fill in and were only told to sign. No one gave us a price beforehand. When we tried to explain, staff didn't seem to understand, the situation became uncomfortable, and we were threatened with security if we didn't pay right away. We couldn't get an invoice, and were told to pay by card or cash only. After the stay, I emailed the hotel manager, Mete. He was polite and helpful at first, and we agreed on a 50% refund, which he confirmed in writing. The refund never came, and the hotel stopped replying. The hotel itself is generally nice and the cleaning was perfectly acceptable, but the service fell far below expectations. Staff had very limited English, making it difficult to get clear information. I'd be very cautious, since unclear communication and prices can lead to unexpected costs and a frustrating experience.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the rooms at Sirene Hotel were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The team made us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast staff made each morning enjoyable with their kindness, and Romaith at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back.

The staff were all friendly and genuinely committed to making guests comfortable and happy. The spa was excellent, and the seaside area felt like a world of its own. Our trip to Bodrum ended today, and we're grateful for such a comfortable, luxurious stay. The hotel is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It's about a 10-minute drive from the marina, and the view from our room was breathtaking. I loved the impressive design and the attention to detail throughout. The rooms were spacious, the layout made getting around easy, and everything felt like a piece of art. I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

Clear blue water, waves, and relaxing cabanas by the shore made this resort an unforgettable first summer beach trip for me. Everything felt peaceful and calm, just right for a summer escape. I'm glad I came, it was truly worth it.
