We come back here for every holiday, and it always delivers. Everything we need is a short distance away, and the location is fantastic. The service is exceptional, with the staff making a real difference. Selmah from the cleaning team deserves a special mention for always being so friendly and attentive.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful during a very nice stay, especially Mr.Serhat, who was really friendly and helpful.

It’s an older hotel, but well kept, and the location is excellent. Make sure to ask to see the room before paying. Otherwise, they may put you in a small room and then ask for extra money for a bigger one. The restaurant staff were good, especially Yasmen.

The rooms were spacious, with two single beds, one twin bed, and a small living area, enough for four people. We booked sea view rooms. One faced the sea, while the other also looked toward the streets, and both views were lovely to wake up to. The location is handy, with activities all around once you step outside. Breakfast had variety and a sea view, though the buffet itself wasn’t very large. Staff were friendly. A few drawbacks might matter to some people. I had trouble with the language since they don’t speak English, though they speak a little Arabic, which worked for me. The bathroom water was cold, so don’t expect steaming hot water. Noise from outside parties or events definitely carries into the room, and some nights can be noisy. They didn’t have an adapter, so I couldn’t charge anything the first night and had to use my power bank. You also only get one key card per room, making it nearly impossible to split up and meet back at the room. Those issues didn’t bother me much, and four stars seems fair. If you can overlook them, this hotel could be perfect.
