Aurum Trabzon Hotel And Spa

Çigdem Hanım was especially attentive and wonderful, and we hope to see her again whenever we return to Konak Park. We were very pleased with the quality of service and how much attention was paid to customer satisfaction at Alalkaya Esinle. We’d choose Konak Park again. Thank you, Çigdem Hanım.

The location is perfect, though the reception service could be better. Cleaning needs improvement, and the parking lot is sometimes full with nowhere to park. Breakfast was just average.

The room was dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, and the sheets made our bodies itch badly. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work properly, so we couldn’t sleep. Staff didn’t greet us or help with our parking or luggage. After reading other reviews, we decided to skip breakfast. The worst hotel stay ever.

The lifts were tiny, and there were only three of them. Breakfast was poor, with just 7-8 choices, none of them good. We stayed 7 days, and the room was never cleaned properly; sand remained there until our last day. The room was very hot because its AC barely worked. Some lights didn’t work, and the lighting overall was poor. The room itself was small and dirty, with dust on the floor and tables, and the balcony was dirty too. The bathroom was awful, with dirty socks from previous visitors in the shower, and no soap or shampoo. Even the reception had no AC when we arrived. Worst hotel ever.
