The location was perfect, with nice coffee shops nearby where we enjoyed evenings with delicious sweets. The hotel itself was lovely, and the employees were incredibly sweet and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay. My only suggestion is to use darker curtains, since I wanted to sleep in a bit longer.

The staff were all sweet, respectful, and helpful, especially Ms. Nesli, who was cheerful and explained things clearly. The place was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Thanks for taking such good care of us. You deserve five stars for it.
