The view from my room was incredible, easily the best part of my stay. The rest fell well short of what I expected. The room was too warm and the cooling system didn't work. Room service wouldn't answer the phone, even late at night when I urgently needed something. At midnight I went down to reception, and the staff member said, “I will let them know but I don’t think they can do anything.” That came across as impolite and unprofessional. The pillow was extremely hard, the duvet looked worn and very old, and the sofa had visible burn marks, which made a poor impression for a hotel at this level. I tried lunch at the hotel restaurant, though I normally don't, and was disappointed. The pasta and burger were both below average, and the burger smelled unpleasant. The hotel needs serious improvement in service, rooms, and staff attitude.

The facility was beautiful, but the service was horrible. The room's toilet was broken. I showed the front desk manager an attached video and explained that I had hurt my back, but she didn't seem to care. The nonsmoking room smelled of cigarettes, and the couches had rips.

We stayed at the Dedeman for one night. It's right on the Black Sea shore, in the middle of a mall and shopping area, yet the setting by the water is serene. Gokgol caves are a few kilometres away, with stalactites, stalagmites, and a stream beneath the mountain. It's a beautiful place to visit.

The staff made us feel welcome throughout, with warm, professional service and genuine smiles. They handled everything carefully from check-in through check-out, and their personal attention made me feel valued. The rooms were spotless, nicely designed, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping kept everything in good order during my visit. I also enjoyed the excellent dining, with varied, delicious dishes and attentive service. The amenities struck a nice balance between luxury and comfort. I highly recommend Dedeman and will definitely return.

The reception staff were pleasant and professional, and the waiters were polite. The restaurant has a good menu, with well-prepared food and drinks. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great spot close to everything.
