The staff were pleasant, and I liked being able to use the outdoor gym area. The restaurant staff outside were very friendly as well. A few things could be better: the room needs stronger lighting, the view from the balcony needs some maintenance, and breakfast could have more choices.

A lovely break from the noise, tucked away in quiet hills. The customer service was on point, and it was nice to see the manager interacting with guests.

I was really struck by how friendly, polite, and service minded all the young staff were. Whoever trained them deserves a round of applause. Easily a 10/10 for the team.

The staff were very nice. Given its location and the fact that it’s an older hotel people seem less interested in, it may be time for a refresh and a new image.

The food and setting were fine, but the way we were treated at brunch was disappointing. We came with two family members from a gated community on the east side, dressed casually, and from the start felt the staff, including the manager, were quietly judging us. The manager even asked where we were from in a suspicious way. Later, while we were paying and my car keys happened to be visible, his manner changed noticeably and he told us not to worry about paying. Staff should treat guests without making assumptions about how they look. Do better Cascadia. 😐😶
