A central base that makes it easy to get around to different parts of the city. The rooms are great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It also felt well set up for safety. For the best sleep, I put the aircon on eco mode at 26C. The WiFi was a little awkward for Netflix, but my SIM card handled most of my streaming. I’d definitely book again.

We left after just one night. The rooms were dirty, with grimy floors and worn, dirty bed covers, and the staff seemed incompetent. They charged $2500 too much to our credit card, yes, two thousand five hundred US dollars, then delayed the refund and made excuses. There are much better hotels nearby. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location is convenient for Carnival and other celebrations in Port Of Spain, and the room itself was pretty standard, with a kitchenette, bathroom, bed, TV, and small dining table. But the service and way things are run left a lot to be desired. It felt more like a school dorm than an apartment. There was a curfew for guests and me, and each time I went out I had to leave my keys with a rude security guard and collect them when I returned. WiFi is free, though you have to ask for the password. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A reasonable price, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. The room had basic amenities and parking was okay. I’d come back, it’s become one of my go-to places.
