The room was fine, and the beds have a heating system so you don’t get cold at night. The hospitality was great, and the view was lovely. When we went out to the balcony to chat, the owners came over with traditional Ali mountain tea and lots of snacks. We had a great conversation, and they gave us plenty of tips for seeing better local places. If I visit Ali Mountain again, I’d book the same place without hesitation.

The terrace view is amazing, and the host is super friendly and helpful. It’s well placed for the Mist Trail, Sunset Trail, and Sakura Trail. Shizhou center is a bit far, around a 25-minute walk, and the road is very steep.

The room was clean and recently renovated, though it had no view. The mattress, pillow, and duvet were very comfortable, and there was enough lighting. Hot water pressure was good too. The owners are kind and friendly. Sound insulation is poor, and people can smoke on the balcony, which is close to the indoor area and our room.

This is a cozy little minsu/B&B, with facilities that are a bit dated but add to the comfortable feel. The owners are lovely. We spent more time with Mr. Wang, who was very sweet and would often sit down to brew tea and chat after work. He also regularly drove us places, including taking us up Alishan at 3am. Highly recommended!

The boss and boss lady were both kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious, and the shower had hot water. We had a great stay, and I’d recommend it.
