The room was basic but had what I needed, and even in August I never had to turn on the air conditioning. Breakfast was good, with coffee or milk tea, toast, ham, eggs, and a little salad. The place is handy for exploring the mountains near Alishan, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. There’s a small parking area by the entrance, which slopes downhill, and the views are amazing. I’d recommend staying here.

A lovely little escape. The owner is warm, very friendly, and helpful, and she cooks wonderfully. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed for four nights, from December 23 to 27. The rooms are roomy, the staff are great, and there are lovely views from the property. The staff also make a great breakfast, especially the salad. The nearby little town has two convenience stores where you can pick up things you need, including cup noodles. Just keep in mind that you may need to ration your shower time because the hot water is limited. I suppose that’s common in the area.

The view at breakfast is stunning, and waking up to it was lovely. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the host is so welcoming and friendly. The kitties next door are adorable and friendly too. The view is even better in person. I’d recommend this place. 💗💗💗

Dinner was the best meal we had here. We paid extra for it, and the owner made simple dishes that were delicious. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating, and prepared a really tasty breakfast with care. Sunrise is a short walk from the bus stop and has a fantastic sunset view. We hope to return soon and stay longer.
