8/10
The scenery around Zengwen Dam is beautiful, and the resort works well for families, groups, and people looking for a relaxed getaway. It’s small, but clean and has what you need. There’s a restaurant, though during COVID-19 you should check whether it’s serving dinner. Getting there by public transport is inconvenient, so driving is easier.

The place is old, breakfast was bad, and it was noisy.
