The front desk staff didn’t know how the procedures worked, and I was charged too much. This was an awful experience. Read the reviews before booking, and don’t stay here.

It was quiet overall, and the air conditioning was cold. Our garden-style room did have mosquitoes, though. Right next door there’s an internet cafe where you can get optional breakfast, use massage chairs, and enjoy a jacuzzi.

The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bed was so hard that I woke up with my whole back feeling paralyzed. It was extremely painful. A comfortable bed is the most important part of a stay for me, so I can’t recommend this place. The AC was also very strong and blew straight toward the head of the bed.
