Hotel Indigo Alishan by IHG

I don’t usually post hotel reviews, though I stay in five-star places pretty often. This visit to Alishan Indigo Hotel felt worth mentioning, especially because of the people. I left a bag with my medications behind, and Miss Shelly Liu personally went all the way to Taipei to bring it to me. I’m very grateful for her care and sense of responsibility. Our family was comfortable in the connecting rooms, and breakfast had both good variety and quality. The rooftop sunrise was another highlight: we watched the sun come up over the mountains with warm croissants and hot chocolate provided. Beautiful views, and a front desk team that made a real impression. Highly recommend.

Daniel, Sheryl, and Ricky made us feel welcome the whole time. They were warm, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The service and comfortable rooms both went beyond what we expected. Hotel Indigo Alishan is cozy, beautifully designed, and surrounded by gorgeous mountain scenery. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily return.

Daniel, Sheryl, and Ricky deserve a special mention for being so kind, professional, and thoughtful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the beginning to the end of our stay. It was peaceful and refreshing here, a nice place to slow down and take in Alishan. The room and the rest of the experience were well looked after. We left with lovely memories and would recommend the hotel to people visiting Alishan.

Daniel at reception made check-in easy. He explained the facilities clearly, was attentive and friendly, and greeted people with a warm smile. His service really added something to my stay. The atmosphere at Hotel Indigo felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful visit and would recommend it to anyone wanting good service and a memorable stay.
