The room was dingy and uncomfortable, and the gym equipment was rusty and unpleasant to use. There are public bathrooms for guests too, but they smelled terrible. In our room, the bathroom had no shower curtain, so everything got wet when we showered. The sink was ridiculously small, and water splashed everywhere when I washed my face. The rooms and beds had ants. I killed 5 on the bed in 30 minutes, and I was bitten several times while waiting in the lobby. The sofa there had ants too. The owner hadn’t answered our messages before arrival, and apparently had our booking down for the next day, so they weren’t expecting us. We had to wait while the room was cleaned.

The rooms are basic but clean, and a good price. The location is between the shops and quiet, not too far from them or too close, and scooters are available to rent. Amber, Zenya, and the rest of the staff made our time on the island much easier. They were fun to talk to, lent us slippers and an umbrella, and suggested where to buy seasickness medicine. They also drove us to and from activities. Before we arrived, they emailed in great English to help us book ferry tickets and make sure we knew what to bring. They picked us up at the ferry, then helped us choose activities and booked them for us. They really went above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay!

We expected somewhere simple, clean, and good value, and that’s what we got. The hostess spoke English and was extremely kind and helpful. Staff organized all our activities, and we got rides to and from the harbour. The rooms were simple and clean, though there were no closets or bath towels. There was also a sweet house dog. Thanks for an awesome visit, Judy and staff!

A nice, clean room and a handy starting point for a scooter trip. The receptionist spoke English, and it was easy to walk to the centre.
