The meals were a highlight: a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and very good Taiwanese and Hakka dishes for the other meals. The scenery is lovely and there's a lot here for young kids. My bed was too hard, though, so I had trouble sleeping.

Check-in and restaurant staff were great, and the room was spacious and clean. The outdoor areas and balcony could use more cleaning and upkeep, but we still had a great experience.

The kids had a fun few days at Uni resort, with lots of activities to keep them busy. Alice Lee was a great help with our restaurant order. Thanks for a fun stay. For Westerners, the beds are very hard. We managed with the English, and the food was OK for fussy kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, though the outside of the hotel could use a thorough wash.
