There were lots of restaurants nearby, including a PX Mart, and Kenting Main Street wasn’t far away. Erni kindly suggested places to eat and made coffee for guests to try, though I missed out since I was traveling around the island, haha. She was attentive and considerate throughout our stay. I was really pleased with this B&B for our Qingming Festival island-hopping trip. The place was clean and cozy, with spacious, tidy, comfortable rooms, lovely decor, and complete facilities. They’d even provided a TV with DVDs and YouTube, a thoughtful detail. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Erni!

This was my first time taking my child to Kenting, and my first stay at a guesthouse. The manager was very polite, and the place was incredibly clean. You could tell a lot of care went into keeping it that way. When we checked out in the morning, we were greeted with a freshly hand-brewed coffee, such a warm touch. Thank you 🙏. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Kenting 🥰

I found this booking experience extremely disappointing. Several months ago I booked and paid through a platform, received a confirmation email, and made my travel plans. Before we were due to leave, the hotel said I had to pay an extra fee or I wouldn’t be allowed to check in. My friend had booked the same hotel for the same day and was also asked for extra money, then even told to cancel. It raises serious questions about the hotel’s integrity. Customers shouldn’t be made to accept changes before a trip after booking and paying under the stated rules. I urge people to think carefully before booking here.

We booked the whole guesthouse with friends, and every room was spotless. The owner was very welcoming, and my friends all loved his hand-drip coffee. The lobby was just as immaculate, clean enough to walk around barefoot, which matters a lot when you have kids 👍. There was no parking, but plenty of options nearby. We also found a variety of board games in the lobby. The drinking water tasted genuinely excellent. I did have trouble figuring out the water dispenser when making formula in the morning, though, and ended up using the electric kettle instead 😂. And congratulations to the owner on becoming a father soon! 🥳🎉
