Fullon Resort Kending

I wouldn't recommend this place, and wouldn't spend my money here again. The walls were paper-thin, so we could constantly hear people talking and their TV. That was horrible. Restaurants weren't available unless you'd booked ahead, and there was no walk-in option. When I asked the staff whether we could eat at the restaurant, they just said no without offering a solution, even though some groups were clearly having a buffet. It was even worse because the hotel is in the middle of the mountain and there was no other food available. There were two charging ports, but one was broken. They had a Type 1 charger, but the parking spot was blocked by the hotel's bus and coaches. The charging fee was incredibly expensive, which cost the hotel another star from me. The hotel itself was old, and most facilities clearly weren't well maintained.

The hilltop location comes with spectacular ocean views. Our room was comfortable and had good air conditioning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is a bit old, but seems well suited to families or couples looking for a weekend escape.

The night market is close by, which is handy, and we didn’t find it too noisy.

The rooms have sea and pool views, and there’s plenty of space in both the room and the beds for a group. There’s a water dispenser on every floor, though no bottled water in the room. The Wi-Fi password shows on the TV when you switch it on, and the spa and recreation area is accessible from the lower ground floor. Breakfast was pretty standard, and some of the fruit wasn’t ripe. A bit more variety would help. The staff were approachable. Sound carries from the second floor, so you can hear footsteps. I’d suggest asking for a higher-floor room. If you’re driving from the north, watch for the turn. There isn’t visible signage along the highway, and it’s easy to miss the hotel if you don’t slow down as you get close.
