The location is superb, with the beach just a few minutes away and the police bus station, where the main buses go, not far off. Breakfast comes from a restaurant a few minutes away. It's convenient if you're heading out early, since they open at 6am. The walls are a bit thin, and birds start chirping very early in the morning. There's no elevator, which is a bit of a downside.

The clerk was welcoming and nice, and the place is quiet, a good spot if you don't want to stay in the middle of the night market. But the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the towels had stains on them. I'd suggest they clean the bathrooms more and show the exact room photo online. The pictures made it look like I'd get a bigger room with a balcony for sunbathing, but there wasn't anything like that.

The soundproofing can be an issue, as others have mentioned, but the price and location make up for it. There are comfy couches by the entrance where you can sit and look out at the ocean. I liked the free coffee pod machine, too. Breakfast is included at a sandwich shop about a two-minute walk away.

The management was unfriendly, and it felt expensive for what you get. All they provide is two coffee cups.

Just a 30-second walk from Kenting Street, and the rooms were really clean, thank you for that. We made a mess of the whole room, and the owners cleaned it up and even brought us an extra trash can. Thank you so much! The downside is that breakfast is served down the street, and the portion is too small.
