Hua Luo Mi No. 35

The toys downstairs were a big hit with the kids.

Make sure to factor parking into your plans, it can be an issue.

The place was okay.

The room was on the fourth floor, and having an elevator made getting luggage in much easier. I also liked that there were lots of games on the first floor, and parking was handy for travelers. This was my first stay, and I booked after seeing the good online reviews. At check-in, though, the lobby was empty. I waited, tried reaching them on Line without getting an answer, then called. She sounded surprised nobody was at the desk and said she would come help. Later I found a dead cockroach on the shower floor. I called another number, which I assume belonged to the male owner. He apologized a lot and sent the housekeeper up to take it away, then gave me three cans of barley drinks as a small compensation. There was mold and staining around the shower, plus dust by the entrance and in the room's little corners. Those spots seem to have been overlooked for some time. A bit more attention to them would make the room even better.
