The room was neat and clean, and the plumbing in the bathroom worked great. It’s also an easy 10-minute walk to the lively area. One annoyance was the toilet paper holder, which kept letting the paper fall out and was really hard to use. There was also an unpleasant smell in the first-floor common area as soon as we entered.

We missed out on trying the breakfast, so that gives us another reason to return next time. The hostess was so thoughtful and quick to sort out our questions, and she even upgraded us to a double room. That made the trip much better. We’d happily stay here again! ✨💗😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

There’s a mahjong table and simple karaoke setup on the first floor, and the soundproofing is surprisingly good. The bed was really comfortable, with strong water pressure and very hot water. The owner is lovely and answers questions right away. It’s tucked down an alley but close to the busy area, with a PX Mart and 7-Eleven nearby. The room’s air conditioning worked very well.

The balcony had a nice view, and the Saturday rate was reasonable. The room itself was minimalist, and the rest of the stay was just so-so. I’d booked mainly for the lavish breakfast, so it was disappointing that there was none because the landlady wasn’t in Taiwan. There were no slippers or mouthwash cup, so bring your own. The mirror was so high that at 155cm I could only see my chin 🤣, and the short shower partition left the whole bathroom wet. Soundproofing was average. There was no small table for the dinner I bought. Hot water was available on the first floor, and one car could park out front.
