The owner was relatively good in their attitude, but that doesn't undo what happened. I woke up in the middle of the night with a millipede crawling on my face. I left the light on for the rest of the night and couldn't bring myself to sleep again. I was exhausted and in a terrible state, and I'm just relieved it didn't crawl on my baby sleeping beside me. Even if millipedes aren't harmful, being woken by one on your face is awful and unforgettable. Maybe try catching one on your face while you're asleep and see how it feels. 😊 I expect the owner will reply that they've taken steps, but cleaning afterward was prevention, not a remedy for the night I lost. If a restaurant customer found cockroaches in their food, surely the owner wouldn't only promise better cleaning and leave it there. They'd at least offer a refund or some other compensation. Here, someone was woken in the middle of the night by a millipede on their face, couldn't sleep at all, and the response was just to clean up and boast about being careful. They also claim the other equipment is well made, but the grime inside the sterilizer was disgusting, and I didn't dare use it.

We only got to stay a short time, which was a shame, because the place was so nice. There’s a big living room and kitchen island, and the room itself was great. The helper was incredibly helpful, and it's pet-friendly too. They do ask for a deposit, but they won't deduct from it as long as you don't smoke inside or leave the room too messy. I'd love to come back for a longer stay!

The grounds are surrounded by greenery, and the rooms are clean. This is a very good B&B, conveniently placed for nearby attractions and great for cycling. The husband and wife who own it are very welcoming and also serve as guides around the Hengchun Peninsula.

All 38 of us, adults and kids, were very happy with the stay. The facilities were complete and the place was peaceful. It was also the first guesthouse we've stayed at where nobody got mosquito bites, which was a huge plus. Definitely worth staying here.

We booked the whole building for the first time, and our room was a duplex. The place was comfortable and clean, with a nice setting and an open area at the back for activities. The owner left toiletries for guests to take as needed. We skipped the pool since it was winter. There were a few water marks on the wall, probably from a previous guest spilling a drink, maybe milk tea 😂, but it was only a small patch and didn't affect anything.
