The host was very helpful, and the house had everything we needed. It's in a peaceful area with lots of food nearby.

One star is too generous. The hot water ran out halfway through a shower, and three or four other people still needed to wash. When we asked the landlord, they said they'd explained the situation from the start. That's ridiculous. If that had been made clear, how could so many of us have missed it? Is a guesthouse without hot water even fit to stay in? It felt like a ghost's home. The landlord should try taking a cold shower themselves. What a heartless business. In reply to the landlord: I already said nobody received a request to shower separately. And what guesthouse expects people to shower one at a time? After two people had showered, the water gradually turned cold. Do you have ten bathrooms running at once, using up all the hot water? We paid extra because more of us were sleeping there, and that was okay. The main issue is how we were treated. When we asked if there was hot water, you just said you'd mentioned it and did nothing. We had to finish showering with cold water. What kind of guesthouse runs out of hot water so fast? Are we in the military?

The hot water setup was awful. We had to take turns using the three toilets to shower, and the hot water ran out halfway through a woman's shower. What era are we in? This kind of facility shouldn't be in business. It falls far short of basic modern accommodation standards. A completely disappointing stay.

It never felt cramped here, which made the place work really well for a small family get-together or renting the whole building. The living room is roomy and comfortable, and the location by the city wall is a nice bonus. You can take a picnic mat across and sit at the foot of the opposite wall. A relaxed, natural-feeling place to rent in town.
