The staff were super helpful with anything needed during our time in Taiwan, and their English was excellent. Booking online was easy, too. It's in a great spot near the University, only a 5 minute drive from the science park. The rooms are the best, and I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

For a long-term stay in Hsinchu city, this is the best place I've found. It's safe and clean, has full amenities, and the staff are friendly and available to help. For more information, add Line ID: bbhotel1.

The toilet feels like somebody put it in hastily. That's the main problem.
