H.M.Hotel

The hotel is well located, and I'd probably stay here again if I return to Hsinchu. My room was large and clean, with a spacious bathroom and shower, good WiFi, and a big desk. Breakfast was great, the staff gave excellent service and spoke English well, and there was a water dispenser too.

We found our first bed bug at home two weeks after returning from this hotel. Over the past two months, we had stayed only at home and here, and we'd never seen bed bugs at home before. When we got back, the blankets had been dirty and felt damp during our stay. The hotel needs to take better care of the beds.

The breakfast was mediocre, despite all the reviews calling it amazing, and even the soy milk dispenser looked smudged and dirty. The whole place felt old, rundown, and extremely unclean, from the room and bed to the bathroom. It seemed like it hadn't been renovated in a hundred years, though the prices are modern. There are so many good reviews that I honestly don't understand them. I felt completely scammed and uncomfortable. Take your loved ones somewhere else.

We spent two nights here and came home with our legs covered in bites. Bed bugs! This place was dirty and badly run down, while charging high, modern prices. It falls far below basic hygiene standards. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If you care about your health, avoid it. Disgusting.
