Arsma Hotel

Arsma made our stay in Hualien a great one. The rooms were clean and felt luxurious, and breakfast was included and filling every morning. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout, and the service was impeccable. Families have a lot to keep them busy: reception has little games like ring toss and foosball, plus there's a kids' playroom and a games room with a switch. They also offered a free shuttle and bike rental for the first three hours. The location was five stars for us, with the night market and town center both a short walk away. Thanks, Arsma!

We booked the hotel shuttle ahead of time, and a staff member was waiting to greet us as we came out of the station. The room had plenty of space and a practical layout. I also liked the bathroom, especially the modern bidet and roomy shower. In the afternoon, they put out complimentary cakes, popcorn, tea, and coffee for happy hour. There was sweet soup and chicken soup for supper, too. My grandson loved the children's games and facilities, which kept him happily occupied during our stay.

Our group was large, but the team made us feel very welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and offered free snacks for tea and late at night. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby had plenty of free activities to keep both our teenagers and the adults entertained. We also found the coin laundry really useful. Thanks to the hotel team for the hospitality!

Kids are really well catered for here, with several playrooms featuring a ball pit, a slide, Nintendo Switch, and arcade games. The staff are amazing and the facilities are fantastic. Highly recommend staying here in Hualien with children.
