Cozy House Hostel

I loved staying at cozy house. Having single rooms in a hostel is such a great idea, and the staff gave me lots of useful information and food recommendations. Tasha was a wonderful host. I'd absolutely stay here again next time I'm in hualien.

I came back to stay in Hualien city for short visits a couple of times after my original review, and I'd happily return again. Cozy House is spotless, with a comfortable room and plenty of lights and power outlets, which made things convenient. The shared areas were clean and looked after, and the kitchen was well equipped. There’s also a washer and a separate dryer for a small fee. The hosts were helpful with suggestions for sights, food, and activities. Zoco was especially welcoming and helpful. It's a comfortable, social, budget-friendly place, and I definitely plan to come back.

Traveling alone, I still felt completely at home thanks to the welcoming, helpful staff. I love the idea of solo rooms, and Zoco went above and beyond with recommendations tailored to my interests and the weather each day. The other staff also helped me book a taxi to the train station. Thanks for making the stay so memorable, you’re all the best!

I spent four nights at Cozy House and felt right at home. The staff were warm and helpful, and the homely feel suited me as a long-term traveler. The rooms are compact but have enough space, and everything was spotless. I heard some TV noise from the neighboring house at night on level 4. It wasn't terrible, just a little distracting. I'd still highly recommend the place.
