The host made us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms look exactly like the photos and are designed to a really high level. Such a hidden gem, I'd definitely stay here again.
The owner is so nice and patient, and even cooks breakfast himself for guests. The room photos are accurate, and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It's a short drive to Qixingtan and about 10 minutes by car from Hualien Rail Station, so getting around is convenient.
The bathtub is huge, with enough room to stretch out my legs. The room itself was clean and lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The host was welcoming, too. A hidden gem for a getaway, definitely recommended.
For the price, this is really good value, and the service is excellent. The staff are nice, the room is clean, and breakfast is simple but good. I loved the charming room decor, too. If you're traveling by car, the location works well, with nothing far away.
The room decor is amazing. Add the breakfast set menu, too. The owner cooks it himself, and it was a full course meal with very fresh seafood. Definitely worth it.
